Plant-Based Protein Balls
These no-bake snacks made with our Raspberry Fig Bar Minis are the perfect fuel whether you’re heading out the door or to your workout! Mix together 1 cup old-fashioned oats, 2 Raspberry Fig Bar Minis crumbled up, 1/2 cup sun butter, 2 Tbsp cup ground flaxseed, 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips, 1/3 cup honey, 1 Tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp vanilla extract. Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Once mixture is chilled, form 1-1.5 inch balls with your hands and set on a serving dish to enjoy!
