Strawberry Chia Pudding

Perfect for a quick breakfast, whip up this chia pudding recipe on your next busy morning! In a small bowl or container add 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1/4 cup of chia seeds, 1 Tbsp maple syrup, and 2 Tbsp of yogurt of your choice. Whisk to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours). The chia pudding should be thick and creamy. Top with 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries, and 2-3 Strawberry Fig Bars cut into chunks and enjoy!
