Pot of Gold Brownies

Whip up a little luck this St. Patrick’s Day with our Brownies topped with a colorful candy rainbow and a sweet pot of gold at the end! First place Brownies on a serving platter. Spread light green frosting onto the top of each Brownie. Pipe two dollops of white frosting on either side of the Brownie, these will be your clouds. Add a pinch of gold sprinkles in between the clouds on each Brownie. Then cut your favorite rainbow candy belts into smaller pieces (about 2 inches) and place into the clouds in the shape of an arch. Enjoy!
