Here at Nature’s Bakery, we are an open book. You can ask us anything. And some people already have. In case you’re wondering the same things, we’ve put together this handy list of FAQs. Of course, if you have a different question, go ahead and shoot. We’ll get back to you soon.

Let’s get you unstuck. If you’re having trouble placing an order, here are a few things to try:

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately. If you’re still stuck, we’re happy to help. 

We want to share something straight from our hearts (and bakeries). You may have noticed that your recent order has been taking longer than usual. Like you, we believe snacks should spark joy—not scavenger hunts.
 
We’re experiencing rapid growth and high demand that have made it difficult to keep your favorite bars in stock. Nature's Bakery exists to make snacks that bring delight and deliciousness to your everyday moments, and with the opening of our new baking facility, we will have you stocked up and smiling soon.

When your order is on the way , you will receive a notification via email. You can always view order status in your account dashboard just by logging in.

As a reminder - your order confirmation email will detail if part of your order is coming in multiple shipments. We operate multiple warehouses and sometimes orders ship from different locations, which means some of your order might arrive before other items. There is no need to worry.

If you would like to cancel or refund your order please contact us here. We can also swap out a flavor you ordered for something in stock to get your order delivered faster.

Good news here. While the wrapper is smaller, the bar insidehasn’tchanged.We recently reduced the wrapper size of our Fig Bars as part of our sustainability efforts and to helpmaintainproduct freshness by reducing excess air in the package. While the wrapper is smaller, the net weight of the barsremainsthe same. Taste and formulation have not changed, aside from minor adjustments reflected on the Nutrition Facts Panel.

The FDA has identified 9 food sources that account for 90% of food allergic reactions:
milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame. The only Top 9 allergens present within our manufacturing facilities is Wheat. Wheat is present in all products manufactured by Nature’s Bakery besides our Gluten Free Fig Bars, which are certified Gluten Free.

There are no peanuts or tree nuts in our products or facilities. 

We use expeller pressed,Non-GMOcanola oil. Canola oil is part of the mustard family. We continually review ingredients and welcome feedback as we look for ways to improve our products.

The glycerin is derived from palm oil.

All of our products are baked and packaged in the U.S. We operate bakeries in Hazelwood, Missouri; Salt Lake City, Utah; and Carson City, Nevada

No, they are Certified Vegan.

Our natural flavors come from real food sources.They’re made using a carrier (such as water, glycerin, or alcohol) and a proprietary blend ofextracts and oils. Alcohol is used during extraction, and the glycerin we use is derived from palm oil. All bars are vegan-certified,containno MSG, and only our Whole Wheat Original Fig Bars do not use natural flavors.

A twin pack is 2oz. It contains two 1oz fig bars. Each fig bar is 100 calories each. A whole twin pack is 200 calories.

Yes, our packaging boxes are made of cardboard and can be recycled however, the inner wrappers to the fig bars are not recyclable.

If your school requires that you bring nut free lunches and snacks, our lineup of Whole Wheat, Oatmeal Crumble, and Brownie bars can safely be sent to schools.
