ENTRY PERIOD: All times PST. 12 AM 12/10/24 to 11:59 PM 12/13/24

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States. One entry per person. Employees of Sponsors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited.

TO ENTER:  To receive entry in the Sweepstakes, entrants must make a purchase on NaturesBakery.com during the Entry Period or alternatively, they can enter by simply creating a Pantry Perks membership for free by clicking here to sign up.  
 

PRIZES: Three (3) Grand Prize winners will receive one (1) Small But Mighty Build A Box Gift Card which is a month’s supply of Nature’s Bakery product. The prize is a total of 6 boxes of Nature's Bakery Bars.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION: Potential winner(s) will be notified by email on or about 12/20/2024. If a potential winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, prize may be forfeited. Sponsors will deliver prizes to Winners within six to eight weeks of winner verification.

PRIZE VALUE AND RESTRICTIONS: Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsors. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsors' discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Substitution of a prize or transfer/assignment of a prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.  
 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail or (viii) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action.

PUBLICITY: Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
