Fig Bar Inspired Oatmeal Recipes!

Oatmeal Blog

January is National Oatmeal Month! Did you know oatmeal is one of the best things to eat for breakfast? Here’s why:

  • It’s a great source of fiber
  • It can lower cholesterol
  • Oats are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, folate and potassium

To celebrate National Oatmeal Month, we decided to spruce up our oatmeal with different variations of fruit and fig bars. Fig bars aren’t just great alone… they’re also amazing in oatmeal. Don’t believe us? Give it a try! Be sure to let us know how your new breakfast tastes by tagging @naturesbakery on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

Happy cooking!

Try Something New, It Might Bring Back Memories…

I have been a runner of some kind my whole life. I think we all are, considering its part of our DNA.
