Jody Stoops is a personal trainer and certified RRCA running coach. Jody’s passion is helping others achieve their goals, whether it’s running their first race, qualifying for the Boston Marathon or attaining a new healthy lifestyle. As a marathoner, she has completed 11 full marathons, including the 2013 Boston Marathon and 5 San Francisco Marathons, her personal favorite. Most importantly, she is a wife and a mother of three teenagers. Jody is all about leading a balanced life, which to her is staying healthy while raising a family.
